1 Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee.
1.2 In accordance with Standing Order 34.19, the Chair determined that the public were excluded from the Committee’s meeting in order to protect public health but that the meeting would be broadcast live on www.senedd.tv.
2 One day inquiry on Welsh Language: Welsh medium education
2.1 The Committee heard evidence from representatives of Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol; Mudiad Meithrin; CollegesWales; and Undeb Bangor Students' Union.
2.2 Mudiad Meithrin agreed to share its manifesto for the Sixth Senedd with the Committee.
3 One day inquiry on Welsh Language: Welsh language civic organisations
3.1 The Committee heard evidence from representatives of Urdd Gobaith Cymru; National Eisteddfod; Merched y Wawr; and Young Farmers Club Federation.
4 One day inquiry on Welsh Language: Welsh language civic organisations
4.1 The Committee heard evidence from representatives of Dyfodol i'r Iaith; Cymdeithas yr Iaith; National Centre for Learning Welsh; and Mentrau Iaith Cymru.
4.2 Dyfodol i'r Iaith agreed to share its manifesto for the Sixth Senedd with the Committee.

5.1 The papers were noted.
6 Motion under Standing Order 17.42 to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of this meeting and for the meeting on 15 December 2021

7.1 The Committee considered the evidence received.
8 Draft strategy and priorities for the Sixth Senedd
8.1 The Committee considered the paper and agreed in principal the proposed outline for the report on priorities for the Sixth Senedd, and the proposed timeline for completing this work and publication of the report, subject to further discussion at a future meeting.
9 Draft agenda for strategic planning event
9.1 The Committee considered and agreed the draft agenda for the strategic planning event scheduled for its next meeting.
10 Visit to north Wales for Committee business
10.1 The Committee considered the paper and agreed to write to the Llywydd and Chair of Business Committee to request permission to leave Plenary early on Wednesday 9 February 2022, to enable Members to travel to north Wales to undertake a series of visits in relation to its portfolio and future sport inquiry.
